Ella: is introspective, sensitive and an artist. Although visibly struggling, self-conscious of her looks, age and background, she harbours a quiet resilience that drives her forward. Her love for cinema and storytelling is palpable, even as she navigates rejection, disappointment and financial struggles.
Malcolm (Thomas Green, Australian stand up comedian): is refreshing, fun and reflects all Ella at times can’t express. Malcolm is comedic, relaxed and he has this easiness about life, his work and his passions that is contagious.
