The Redress of Verely Ambrose
The Redress of Verely Ambrose is a drama/thriller that follows Verely's quest for justice following a wrongful imprisonment for a murder she didn't commit. When new evidence exonerates her, she is quietly released and compensated by the authorities. Verely finds an empathetic ally in Delores Templeton, who facilitates her therapy, but things take a turn when a rather awkward debate plays merry havoc with her spirits.

So, we are reaching out to you; inviting you to be a part of this phenomenal team. We are working our hardest to make this dream become a reality, but we simply cannot do it without your help. Your contribution counts, so have a browse of the list of perks, and see how much you can really make a difference.
The story takes place in a retro-futuristic dystopia, an alternate time and space in which the populace live under the rule of an authoritarian government, within which corruption and self-servitude runs deep. It is both a future and a past that never existed. Like steampunk and dieselpunk, the world is created from fusion; anchored in a future, or at least a parallel world, it is littered with anachronisms, with juxtapositions of 90s-era technology and early/mid-C19th clothing.
While this outside world will not be realised in the film, it matters to its tone and style and to the telling of the story.
The look, colour and feel of the film will be designed to underscore the isolation and desperation of not only the world and it's society, but of Verely Ambrose herself.
It will feel cold, existential and hopeless. With something resembling a monchromatic palette, it will have the sense of a black and white film, with only an occasional colour punching through.
Our amazing team has a wealth of experience behind them; and their passion, focus and dedication will drive this film to its rightful success. Meet the people bringing you the Redress you deserve...
