An ageing former athlete, Norman decides to move to a bungalow as his physical health declines, making his current apartment impractical. While packing, he confronts memories of his athletic peak, sorting through memorabilia and rediscovering old VHS recordings of his glory days. Immersed in these videos, we enter Norman’s mind. He experiences a surreal moment, where he is face-to-face with his younger self. This forces Norman to reflect on the stark contrast between his past fitness and ageing body.
