When David, a believer, suddenly loses his lifelong friend Jonathan, he’s plunged into despair. As he revisits the moments that shaped their bond, he wrestles with doubt, anger, and the fragility of his faith. A Time for Everything is a quiet drama, loosely inspired by Ecclesiastes 3, exploring the challenge of holding onto faith in seasons of suffering.

While inspired by biblical figures, the characters are not meant to be the biblical David and Jonathan but rather modern counterparts with similar traits.

Producing a film at this level involves significant costs, and we're asking for donations to help us bring it to life. Your support will go directly towards covering key expenses such as fair payment for our cast, crew, and creative contributors - ensuring we can work with top professionals to deliver a film of the highest quality. (Elliot, the director, will not be taking any fee for this project.)

Faith-based films often get a bad rap, and honestly, I get it. But this isn’t about preaching or pushing a political agenda. Inspired by my own existential questions and challenges in my faith, this project explores its themes with subtlety and empathy. My hope is that the film will spark conversations with unbelievers, encouraging them to ask questions and seek answers about faith with a sincere heart.
