Blabbermouth is a short comedy that takes its inspiration from memories of performing for your family at gatherings.

    We've all been there!

Our hero Simon a precocious 8 year old wants to raise money for a new bike. Here he sees an opportunity to make the funds by blackmailing his family revealing their secrets... unless they pay up!

What follows is a laugh out loud comedy as the family tried to shut Simon up. It's a multigenerational cast with siblings, parents, uncle, grandparents and great grandparents creating a modern family.

Will the family pay up when bedwetting, secret boyfriends, political views and affairs are revealed during Simon's routine?

We want to make a film that is full of life and energy, giving the audience something to smile about.

Making people laugh is at the core of Blabbermouth and as we put together our cast we want to bring our enthusiasm to the set.

    Image

Below are visual references for how we want Blabbermouth to look and feel. The film focuses on a multi-generational family and we want to capture each character's personality. Bringing a special energy to the dynamics at play here will translate to the camera movements and edit.
