ELOINA hangs two beef steaks from her labia...guess what happens next...

HIGH STEAKS is a one-person show by queer performance artist & clown, ELOINA. 

I made this show to raise awareness of labiaplasty, the surgery to make the labia smaller/more symmetrical, which I wanted at age 10. Many people as young as 9 are receiving this surgery on the NHS. HIGH STEAKS is a call to stop labia shaming, increase visibility of varied vulvas & to love your labia.

Performed completely naked, alongside her mum, ELOINA hangs two beef steaks from her labia, sizzles them on a hot plate & serves them up.

• My wonderful technician & props master who makes everything you see & hear in the show beautiful

I currently work super hard when I am not on stage as a Production Manager, Stage Manager & Technician to cover these costs but now, I could really do with your help! Arts Council England is the main funding body for shows like this & they are increasingly growing harder & less accessible to get money from. As a solo warrior, without your help, this show may not exist. This is a show which has opened up so many conversations & comfortability about something that we rarely speak about & often hate about ourselves. So I am endlessly grateful for anything you may be able to offer <3
